Great detail, sturdy toy

This extremely detailed t-rex is a favorite of my children. I was concerned about the jaw breaking, but it has been fine through some very rough play by my 4 year old. A step above other similar toys.

I like many of the Papo animals for their realistic looks, and this one is no exception. Her jaw stays open at intermediate angles (as well as full open and full closed), so she even shows emotion (boredom, interest, happiness, opportunity, hunger!--from closed to open). If you've ever seen Delgado's "Age of Reptiles", or Frank Cho's dinos, this is the lady for you.

I saw this dinosaur while on a trip to Columbus, OH, and as soon as I saw it I knew I had to have it. This is a fantastic, museum-quality "toy", if that's what you want to call it. The T-Rex is so good that I'm going to buy the Spinosaurus and Raptor next!

I bought this item for my little cousin's birthday, since she is obsessed with Jurassic Park lately.

I have to say that when I got it in the mail I was expecting the Rex to be badly painted or defective or something, but I was absolutely wrong.

Upon opening the box to make sure the item was in pristine condition, I found that it was incredibly well detailed for something of the size. Absolutely incredible.

I have the distinct feeling that my little cousin is going to go crazy over this toy.
